Good presentation and free download of sets is nice. Cant seem to get through third pack without crashing on a 3G iOS 4.2 Bot drafting skills highly suspect....how do I get a seventh pick grasp of darkness unless all of the bot personalities are "random" or "dumb"? Ive tried to be patient, but no crash fixes after more than two months? DO NOT BUY til revised.

With the 1.1 version the crashing is finally fixed. The addition of achievements is nice. The bots got much smarter which is welcome. Great job on the fixes.

But Its buggy and has little to offer at this time. I know it is going to get better but it desperately needs attention. Actually card sets you download does not work for some reason.

Only has 4 sets wasnt worth the 2 bucks I spent on it

Why bother saying it works with any CCG if it only plays magic? I got the app thinking i could do some WoW drafting.

...it needs some help. I think its totally worth the $2 I put out. Ive spent more on much worse things. The idea of being able to create your own "sets" to draft is awesome... It allows the community to promote growth, and potentially sooner than just the developer having to do it alone. Now... The app itself needs some work. I havent been able to finish a drafting session because it keeps closing unexpectedly--iOS 5.1.1. It varies when, but ultimately, its a bummer and total loss of time. Im looking forward to seeing this app grow, and seeing the "competitor" apps that follow. Cheers

Why draft if card sets are years out of date??

Good app. Im new to drafting and trying to get better so this is a start, but from a beginners pov, I would like to see a timer , invert capability, and maybe timer length options. Booster graphics would be fun but thats not priority. Overall good start for beginners. Hoping for updates

This app works great. Very intuitive. Functionally sound and has good AI. From a drafter whos new to the current set and new to drafting in general, the app could use some additional function: 1) Drafts are timed, as expected by experienced players. For newbies, turning off the timer would be great. Theres not enough time to look through the options and make good choices. I had to start a draft, read some cards, and start over till I had enough information on common cards. I still stall out reading rares that you dont see often. 2) For additional help, a replay option would be great. I find that the hardest part about learning to draft is that drafting is secluded from people trying to help you learn. They cant pick their own cards and watch you pick yours, giving you advice on your picks while still picking their own without being influenced by what they know you have. Having a chronological log (maybe an exact replay, highlighting which card you chose before moving to the next pack) would let friends give you advice AFTER the draft.

Bought, played, and is alright. So far only MTG and one WoW set; also needs to have description for cards as to why they are ranked higher than others. Interface needs work too, but this is a pretty nice app for only 2 bucks. Hopefully they update the interface and make deckbuilding/ play testing a possibility.

Wow, what a gigantic waste of money. Seriously, do not buy this. You can only choose from Scars of Mirrodin block, Beta and M11, and it revolves around a point system that doesnt work. Youre supposed to get points for drafting synergy, instead, you get points for just taking the best card in the pack. I can not stress this enough, do NOT buy this app.

Overall, the app works fantastically. I like the design, and the fact that they were able to include pictures of the cards is a nice bonus. The one huge problem I have, however, is the way they score your picks, as well as the hint button. I dont know how they set values to cards, but a P1p1 traumatize being the right choice is absurd. Most "hints" follow along the same lines. Other than that, app works great and is a great way to waste some spare time.

I have been playing magic for over 10 years now and drafting has always been the most exciting way to play. This app is great because you get to open the packs without spending $3.99 each! If they were to update the sets to encompass all of them and make sure to have the rarity checked on some cards it would be perfect!! GREAT BUY!!

Still cute as a novelty but no new sets make it a pass.

It only has m11, beta, and 2 others that I had no idea what they were. You cant read the cards, and when you zoom in, it cuts off the name and cmc. Dont waste your money.

This used to be 5 stars, but they havent updated since Nix. Bit frustrating.

It is a great app for drafting and practicing draft, but it hasnt seen an update since 2011 and it is buggy. Will we see one anytime soon? Nothing really needs to change, maybe a better UI and resolution and optimized for the current iOS.

I can only do a third of the draft because the "next pack" button at the bottom of the screen after I complete the first pack is broken. It is very annoying and defeats the purpose of the app if you can only do one round of draft. If this is fixed, then the app becomes closer to perfect

The next button no longer works so after one pack I have to just screenshot my picks, relaunch the app and repeat the process for three packs. Fix this and Ill change my rating right back to 5!

This app is not releasing new sets. There is a link that shows you how to make your own sets but it appears from this that there is no actual AI. What would teach the "AI" which cards of my set were better? And why should I pay for an app if I have to add my own cards manually?
